Description
This work presents a theoretical and methodological framework in order to study the discourse of recent Chilean history and its pedagogical recontextualization (Bernstein, 2000) from a critical and intersubjective perspective. This study focuses on the negotiation of memories regarding the recent past of Chile, taking into account the ideological representations included in official documents of human rights violations committed by Augusto Pinochetss dictatorship (1973Ǧ1990) and its recontextualization in primary and secondary History textbooks.
