Description
Although only a small component of national expenditure, aggregate investment is key in the development of nations and in the fluctuation of their economies. The three essays presented study the macroeconomic implications of the time firms need to invest, and of the liquidity of the collateral used to secure the loans through which firms finance their capital expenditure.
