Principles and new ways of modernization for the activities of monitoring the hydrological risk phenomenon from the Siret River Hydrographical Space. The hydro–meteorological activities are becoming more and more important for the forecast and monitoring of the risk phenomenon. In this general context, the informational flux represents a decisive link for the opperative knowing in the evolution of phenomenon, preventing the people who are interested and transmitting the decisions. The hydro–meteorological informational flux is indispensable for the management of the crisis situation from the respective domain and crossing a process of continue modernization. In this article we present the importance of the hydro–meteorological informational flux for the Siret River Hydrographical Space, it’s actual situation and the perspectives of modernization.
