Nowadays, the implementations of Rural Agribusiness Development Program (RADP) especially in Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu are develop. Starting with the Direct Community Assistance funds (in Indonesia means bantuan langsung masyarakat : BLM) to Gapoktan or in Indonesia means that Gabungan kelompok tani (Association of Farmer) which be used for financial capital reinforcement (1) cultivation of crops food, horticulture, livestock, and plantation. (2) The industrial non-farming include home industry of agriculture, small-scale marketing and other business-based agriculture, another analysis of the role from all stakeholders actor RADP becomes relevant steps, to found strategy for improving performance in RADP, with the aim of understanding the connectedness or Connectivity from the actors in the network. Besides, In order to develop a strategy, finding the right strategy and planning in the implementation of the program of work for the sustainability of the program RADP for the future. This study uses Social Network Analysis (SNA) and try to combine the spatial analysis to see how the position of an actor in a geographical / regions such as distance, location, proximity, neighborhood, and the area near extended analysis of their position in the social network.
