The new developed plan was evaluated comparatively to the existing layout using the “Score” technique. The results obtained sign the re-layout of the workstations with material flow reduction in according to proximates stations with high level of relationships. This improvement has reached a better space disposal of the workstations and a better production control through the natural batch separation.
