This study aims to examine and analyze the role of variable entrepreneurial leadership as a moderator on the influence of high-performance work systems and employee creativity on employee performance. In addition, this study also aims to analyze and examine the effect of high-performance work systems on employee creativity, and employee performance, and the effect of employee creativity on employee performance. The study was conducted on cooperative employees in Timor Leste. The number of cooperative employees in Timor Leste is 400 people, taken as a sample of 200 employees. Determination of the number of samples is based on the Slovin formula with a precision of 5%.
