The main purpose of this study was to investigate effective factors on the attitude of paddy growers towards organic farming in Babol County in Iran. A sample size of 150 farmers was selected for this research by using simple random sampling method. Result of regression analysis showed that participation in extension courses, access to extension communication channels and level of literacy and landholding were the effective factors on farmers' attitude toward organic farming that explained 42% of variance in the attitude index.
