Description
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of quality product and price to customer loyalty Telkomsel prepaid card. The product quality is the ability of a product to perform its functions, including durability, reliability, accuracy, ease of operation and repair, as well as other valuable attributes. While price is an amount of money that is charged on the products and services or the amount of the value of the exchanged customers to benefit from owning or using a product and services. Customer loyalty is the formation of attitudes and behavioral patterns of a consumer to purchase and use of products and their previous experience. The results of his research explains that affect product quality to customer loyalty by 31.9% and the price effect on customer loyalty at 19.5%, if the simultaneous effect of 51.4%. With the contribution of product quality is great and the response is not good to be priced prepaid cards Telkomsel, so Telkomsel had to make a variety of products segmented and targeted to students by offering more affordable price so that it will establish a good relationship between Telkomsel with consumers in the future come.
