21st century learning (PAK21) in the learning and facilitation (PdPc) is a new turning point in the world of education as it is seen to meet the needs of today's education. PAK21 is also a PdPc process that is student-centred and teachers act as mentors. The purpose of this study is to understand the use of Fan-N-Pick method in improving the pupils’ memorizing ability in the learning of Sirah in Islamic Education. This study is a literature review based on document analysis from previous studies. The Fan-N-Pick method is a cooperative learning and active learning involving the roles of pupils such as holding fan-shaped cards, selecting and reading questions, answering questions and giving feedback and praises. Overall, this study explains the method and applications of using Fan-N-Pick in the learning of Sirah which can create an active learning environment, generate ideas and train pupils to think, build communication and collaboration, foster elements of creativity and enhance pupils’ motivation to learn. The results of this study are intended to help pupils improve their understanding and memory in the learning of Sirah and teachers can apply this method in the teaching of Sirah in Islamic Education.
