Description
CONCLUSIONS: Significant differences not only explained by mechanical effects of the urethral catheter are found between the data of FF and IF. They could involve, in addition to the anxiety of the patient, a urethral reflex. These findings underline the necessity to combine a FF with an IF during a urodynamic session in order to increase the reliability of the conclusions of the urodynamic investigation.[1] J Urol 2000, 164: 109-14.[2] Neurourol Urodyn 2000, 19: 153-176.
