The effect of salinity stress on the germination of Artemisia scoparia and A. vulgaris were investigated. Five salinity treatments were distilled water, 100, 200, 300 and 400 mM NaCl. Results showed that A. scoparia was more resistant than A. vulgaris. Germination of the two species decreased with increasing salinity.
