Description
Background
We have established a multicenter international consortium to better understand the natural history of acute pancreatitis (AP) worldwide and to develop a platform for future randomized clinical trials.
Methods
The AP patient registry to examine novel therapies in clinical experience (APPRENTICE) was formed in July 2014.
