With the continuous development of the society, the functions of museum go beyond collection, conservation, display of cultural and spiritual heritage. It has developed into a multifunctional institution with education, leisure, entertainment, social significance. Modern museums not only provide people with place to learn new knowledge, but also serve as new tourist attractions for the city. Now, museum tourism is becoming a major driving force to stimulate economic growth of the city. Visiting the museum itself is a process of experience, the study of which can greatly promote the development of museum and help fully realize its functions. This paper aims to study the visitor’s motivation, experience, satisfaction, and behavioral intention, and some relevant suggestions are put forward as a result of the research.
