Description
Purpose
Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) has been associated with allograft dysfunction post lung transplant (LTx). Laparascopic fundoplication (LapF) is used when conservative medical therapy fails. There are few conclusive data on the impact of LapF relating to longer term outcomes including symptoms and quality of life. The aim of this project was to review longer term clinical outcomes of LapF in patients after LTx.
