Methods
This is a retrospective study of patients who underwent restorative proctocolectomy with IPAA who were subsequently diagnosed with CP or CDLPI and treated with tofacitinib at the University of Chicago Medicine and Mount Sinai Hospital. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the University of Chicago (# 16-0061,# 15573A) and Mount Sinai Hospital (# 16-01321). We retroactively calculated Modified Pouchitis Disease Activity Index (mPDAI) 6 based on clinical symptoms and endoscopic findings described in the medical charts.
