This study is a descriptive study of an organizational level of an international organization. The examination involves an analysis of a public communication attempt to inform and instruct members of that organization's audience. The message under study is a committee report published by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops, a managerial division of the American Roman Catholic Church. Their report entitled, One in Christ Jesus is described as a response to the concerns of women members of the Church.
