Description
The article provides insights on how organization development (OD) practitioners could successfully adapt to real-time decision making in the workplace through learning to practice cognitive agility. It indicates that OD practitioners can be successful if their skills and abilities are adaptive, flexible and resilient. It also cites steps on how to improve cognitive agility including understanding fully the dynamic decision making (DDM) environment.
