Research question: Are the daily dynamics of parental burnout features (emotional distance, emotional exhaustion, and feeling fed up) associated with increased severity of parental burnout? We specifically will examine 3 separate affective dynamic indices: 1) Relative variability (Dejonckheere et al., 2019) of emotional exhaustion, emotional distance and feeling fed up; 2) Inertia (autoregression) of emotional distance, emotional exhaustion, and feeling fed up; 3) Covariation (ICC) of the 3 features together. We will examine these while controlling for the mean levels of emotional exhaustion, emotional distance, and feeling fed up.
