Description
The voltage issue in fault scenarios is more challenging than that in normal operation for distribution system (DS) with high renewable energy penetration. Nevertheless, most existing studies focus on increasing the restored loads using reconfiguration and dispatching of distributed generations, where the voltage security issue during the distribution system restoration (DSR) process has not received sufficient attention. Moreover, the strong uncertainty of high penetration of distributed photovoltaics (PVs) should be actively responded to improve the applicability of restoration scheme in response to unforeseen changes. To this end, this paper proposes a voltage control embedded DSR scheme, aiming to minimize de-energized loads and ensure real-time voltage security.
