A smartcard is often considered as one of the most powerful and secure element for payment systems. The development and security analysis of transactions using a smartcard is a complex task as many standards are involved. In this paper we present an open and object-oriented Application Programmer Interface for smart card exploration purpose. We illustrate how to easily build a tools suite that allows to simulate EMV payment transactions and reproduce some attacks on smartcards.
