This study examines which factors affect and how they influence the adoption of Internet banking in Finland. The purpose of this study is to qualify the current state of consumers''beliefs and attitudes toward electronic banking, and to understand the factors that drive the development and classification of consumer behavior in relation to interactive services technology. In this causal research altogether 3000 questionnaires were sent to banking customers, and 30 in-depth interviews were conducted. Statistical methods such as product moment correlation coefficients, ANOVA, regression, and rotated factor analysis were applied.
