Relevance of Sustainable Supply Chain Management was strongly debate in the last years and this topic is especially relevant for fashion companies. However, a roadmap for addressing the different steps of sustainable practice implementation was missing. This paper aims at developing a roadmap to sustainability for fashion companies. Through the investigation of three companies’ sustainability reports and secondary sources, a five-step roadmap for sustainability was identifying, by raising also three different stages of implementation for each step as well as the enabling factors for shifting from a step to the latter.
