A method, apparatus, and computer program product are provided for inter-radio access technology carrier aggrega tion mobility enhancement. The apparatus receives a mobility reporting parameter from a first network node. The apparatus measures parameters of signals received from the first net work node and one or more second network nodes based on the measurement reporting parameters. The apparatus gener ates a measurement report based on the measurement report ing parameters and the measured parameters of the signals, transmits the measurement report to the first network node, and receives a mobility parameter from the first network node based on the measurement report.
