The format for this session was that the convenor of each of the five workshops pinned up a list of recommendations prepared during the workshop discussions. The convenor then spoke to these recommendations and questions were invited from the floor. Under each of the five headings is the list of recommendations brought to the plenary session and the edited text of the presentation and subsequent discussion. LUNNEY: Good afternoon. The objective of this part of the day is for each panel convenor to present the results of their workshop and to invite discussion.
