Although the realization that information technology is a key to the success and survival of companies in a highly competitive environment, the potential benefits of computers as aids to end user computing may not be fully realized due to poor acceptance by end users. In general, no matter how sophisticated and how capable the technology, its effective implementation depends upon users having a positive attitude towards it. The present study undertakes a thorough exploration of the relationships between three cluster variables: computer experience, computer self-efficacy, and intention to use computers. The results presented that users' computer experience was a major factor to affect users computer self-efficacy. In addition, users' computer self-efficacy could be divided to two levels, basic and advanced computer self-efficacy by computer experiences.
