Description
In an attempt to study and explore individual’s attitudes and behaviors in using e-learning, this research proposes gender difference, computer related experience, self-efficacy, and motivation aspects. In this study, 424 university students use the Blackboard system and answer a questionnaire after using it for two months. The results demonstrate male students have more positive e-learning attitudes than female students do, computer related experience is a significant predictor on learners’ self-efficacy and motivation toward e-learning. Furthermore, self-efficacy and motivation, including intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, are significantly predictors on behavioral intention of using e-learning.
