COVID-19 has devastated everyday life for the last 2 years. Normal social life has been hampered and disrupted with the stringent measures applied by authorities worldwide. Even the professionals associated with dealing with patients at home and hospitals face a severe challenge due to the contagious characteristics of the SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2) virus. Amid this chaos in society, telemedicine has become an essential tool for treating patients as an option of rural medical care. On the basis of the severity of the infection the patients are divided into three categories. The data related to the treatment of patients who are advised through telemedicine are recorded.
