It is also presented, in a comparative approach, the relation between unionisation rate and the degree of coverage by collective contracts, and the level of collective bargaining established as being the most important one in other systems (national-branch-unit). The main goal of the paper is to put into light the most recent evolutions of Collective Labour Law and position of Romanian Law within other European systems.
