This study aims to (1) Find and identify the values and social capital is wisdom in keeping and maintaining the creation of social life in the community either by ethnic or based on the specific needs of the community.(2) Measuring the development and institutional forces in shaping and building resolution or reconciliation when conflicts occur among communities in the region. Methods The study was mixing qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study found that the value of siri and Pesse is social capital that can be developed in the association between social groups. The development of this value at this stage of internalization can be understood correctly by the community, and can lead to the creation of a positive attitude. In the externalization of these values to the creation of social distance manifests a close as a result of the high level of social acceptance of the respondent in question.
