Description
This study examines inbound tourists' satisfaction with dental care services received and their loyalty intention. We purposively selected 12 private dental clinics in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka and Penang, and distributed questionnaires within each clinic using convenience sampling. Based on 196 dental tourists sampled, the analysis results showed that they are highly satisfied with dental services received in Malaysia, especially in terms of technical competency, interpersonal factors, dental clinic facilities, whereas less satisfied with the convenience factor. Dentist’s technical competency and dental clinic facilities were the principal factors in influencing dental tourist’s loyalty intention.
