Vehicles and transportation have transformed from the field of mechanical & civil transportation field to the scientific field of information technology and electronics. This transformation is marked by the widespread use of ADAS, ITS, and Autonomous Vehicles on the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) in the future, aiming to improve safety and operational transportation efficiency, which will encourage the use of vehicular communication technology on a large scale.The complexity of the vehicular communication system raises many problems, which in turn encourages the emergence of various studies to solve these problems.
