According to Cisco's annual report, the global internet user population is expected to grow by 66% by 2023, reflecting the surge of technology in-vehicle networks. In this context, Named Data Networking (NDN) is emerging as a potential solution to enhance the efficiency of data movement in vehicle environments through the Vehicular-NDN (V-NDN) concept.
