These. factors were" Good Communication and work Relations";" Suitable Salary and Benefits"; and" Organizational Security and Justice". Significant relations between motivating factors and some demographic factors acquired.

Conclusion:

According to psychological and organizational behavior principles and regarding to result, The first three factors hadn't been met and personnel had too need for them.
