Drawing from previous trend analyses made in the discipline of organizational behavior, this paper focuses on the examination of relationships between constructs from the literature published within the last fifteen years in the most relevant journals. A broad inspection of such organizational trends reveals that the most relevant OB relationships are the influence of attitudes, social networks, leadership and organizational environment on performance, and the influence of attitudes on job satisfaction. Network analysis tools and linear regression are used to explain the complexity of OB construct relationships, authorship and publication patterns. Suggestions are made for future research based on the findings.
