This paper investigates the various power generation methods from medium and large-scale industries. Also summarized technical and non-technical barriers for hybrid renewable power sources. Generally, Diesel, natural gas-based, coal-based co-generation methods followed textile and automobile industries for power generation (Captive Power Unit). The Natural gases are cleanest fossil fuels and also less harmful to the environment. Similarly, coal-based power generation methods use imported coal. It will pollute the environment form of air pollution and emit various kinds of toxic Greenhouse gases to the environment.
