Description
A pictorial key is presented as a field aid for the identification of adult mosquitoes of 3 subfamiliesof Culicidae, 15 genera of Culicinae, and 11 subgenera of Aedes occurring in the Afrotropical Region. Scanning electron micrographs demonstrate the taxonomic characters used in the key.
