This study introduces the concept of a coalition pool mechanism within a horizontal collaboration framework between carriers. The coalition pool enables the management of shared customers, including pharmaceutical laboratories, hospitals and pharmacies. This research highlights the potential of the coalition pool to enhance both the profitability and operational efficiency of carriers.
