A conference paper about which factors determine, and to what degree they determine, the emotions felt by consumers. It examines emotion provoking events, and the subjective sense of ease accompanying them. Further, it examines the relationship between the ease of generating of emotions, a sense of ease, and how much the emotions will be felt.
